I drew Mark van Bommel today and I'm really satisfied with the outcome. The reference- picture was one of the shots made for the GQ last year. Nice men in suits... *cough*
One hard thing to draw was his curly hair. I really love curls, but they're extremly hard to draw... so exhausting. But I like everything about this drawing. His expression, the shadeing.. Took me about 3 hours in 2 days. With lots of different pencils. From 2H (for the shades on his shirt) to 7B (for the suit and parts of his hair)..
